Henry Fitzell

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Henry Fitzell, co-founder and a director of FourLeaf Consulting, is a manufacturing and operations consultant who also has extensive leadership and senior operations management experience. He specialises in guiding and assisting clients to achieve sustainable improvements in operational effectiveness through involvement of all stakeholders with a view to their effective participation.
Henry’s consulting approach draws on a combination of his specialist technical expertise, management and leadership experience, well-honed analytical and problem solving skills and on-the-job coaching and skills transfer. Clients value his ability to help them achieve dramatic system and process improvements in parallel with improved teamwork, leadership and problem solving at all levels.
Henry is an open communicator who is comfortable with the formality of boardroom presentations as well as holding informal chats at ‘smoko’ with teams and managers who are at the coalface of change.
Henry’s first-hand manufacturing and operations management experience includes plastics and rubber, adhesives, and paper & packaging, both in Australia and the U.K. He has a strong track record in leading and managing a balanced response to the changing expectations of customers, suppliers, employees, shareholders and the community.
Henry is an active Rotarian, Past President and Paul Harris fellow.
