International Manufacturer of Refrigeration Equipment
This manufacturing/engineering company had grown very rapidly through a series of acquisitions. FourLeaf Consulting’s services were contracted to investigate the support provided by the Information Technology (IT) group across the business, to diagnose the sources of various organisational difficulties and to work with staff at all levels to design and implement a robust solution.
The six-month consulting assignment began with an in-depth review of the organisation's overall approach to IT, undertaken collaboratively with staff, managers and internal customers. It then proceeded into the design and implementation of a revised approach to IT services across the organisation. Throughout, attention was paid concurrently to the needs of individuals and the business as a whole. Ultimately resolution of the 'IT problem' necessitated changes across the entire organisation.
Privately Owned Engineering Company
FourLeaf Consulting was asked to examine the organisation development issues associated with planned business growth. The purpose of the review, which involved in-depth interviews, workshop design and facilitation and working closely with the Managing Director (owner) was for the entire management team to reach a common view of the factors that had contributed to success to date and consensus about critical organisation development needs. The review outcomes provided input to decisions about strategic planning, structure, leadership and management development and refinement of the approach to human resources management.
